Wonderfully peaceful location, so tranquil. Birds were actually feeding at the kitchen window. Near to a pub, shops and ice cream farm a few minutes away. Good restaurants nearby. Beautiful surroundings and weather was great. Great base to tour the whole of the Lake District from. We will be coming back! Thanks!

Standard of accommodation couldn't have been better. Great area for walking dogs. 'Woodlands Hotel' is only a minute walk from the cottage.
